Application

Entanglement has switched over to a dressing room format for now, so applications aren't needed for the time being.

FANDOM CHARACTER APPLICATION:

ORIGINAL CHARACTER APPLICATION:

Whichever application you're posting, please put the character's name, if they're an OC, and their fandom (if any) in the subject line.

Note again that you are allowed to use musebox posts and posts on [livejournal.com profile] testrun_box for your sample. In that case, your total amount of tags written will be added up, so the initial post can be shorter than normal for a sample. You're still required to use a prose format and set the sample in the game universe though.

Nitori Kawashiro | Touhou Project (3/3)

Tap. Taptaptap.

The blows of the wrench were enough to make noise, but not make dents in the pipe. A proven scientific method was “hit it with a damn wrench”, after all. Each sound had a faint metallic ring to it—given that it was a conduit for several cables, this was expected, though…not the most intelligent of ideas. Squishy and perfectly conductive beings used this even if it was flagged as a maintenance hallway, this was not a good idea.

It was why Nitori was wearing heavy rubber gloves, though. Electrocution was a decidedly unpleasant experience, and at least one of the cables was spitting out enough electric radiation to make the scanners pick that up and nothing else along this stretch. This was not conducive to mapping out what went where instead of wild mass guessing in the station’s infrastructure. Thus, manual investigation was required!

…as well as a more resilient mechanic.

Cling.

That wasn’t like the others. Nitori frowned—though it was a thoughtful one—even as she tapped at the offending bit of piping again. The metal was much thinner here—and a bit corroded under its reinforcement. Maybe that was where the wires were fraying and spitting out rogue electrons.

Either way, the reinforcing cuff was bolted to the wall—and needed to come down first.
