I don't know exactly how similar his physiology is to a human, but they can be sedated using the same drugs you'd use on a human, so he could very well end up stoned.
Wraith are capable of growing FTL-capable ships, but it takes a lot of time and energy to grow something that big. Unless he has access to a reliable, powerful energy source (e.g. a zero-point module), he's not going to be able to grow anything nearly as large as a ship. At most, he'll be able to cobble together other alien tech and fill in any holes with a special biopolymer.
If he's allowed to bring in a ship, though, he would be able to regenerate the hull of that ship and repair damaged systems without acquiring new ship parts. But again, it takes time and energy to do that. If his hypothetical ship is shot at while it's still regenerating its hull, it's toast - Wraith don't use energy shields, so its hull is its only defense.
