Victoria Carter | OC 5/5

Abilities and Skills:
Though she has no super-human powers, Victoria is a very capable seamstress and has a mild talent for working with ceramics and other materials used in the manufacturing of dolls. This knowledge is often used to restore any damage that her artificial limbs may have sustained from day to day life. Though heavier damage can only be repaired by someone with high level of engineering and medical knowledge to restore her limbs if they would ever sustained major damage.

Sample:

Victoria lay on a bed in the station's operating room, the rigor of daily life in such a harsh environment had taken its toll on a girl whose former life consisted of parties and secretarial work. Her limbs had long fallen into disrepair, everything from her ball joints to the paper thin wires connecting the entire system to her nervous system seemed to have been damaged, torn up, or covered in some kind of horrible substance. Somehow, despite the seriousness of the situation, all of this brought a smile to her nearly emotionless face, damage meant someone had to repair her limbs and as such pay attention to her. For a moment, as the bearded old engineer gazed over her body, Victoria's mind and body were in perfect harmony, warped by forces both mental and physical into a twisted mockery of the human condition. Despite the horrid state of her body and mind, she continues smiling, gently speaking to the old man looking her over as if nothing was wrong.
“While your at it, could you clean out my joints? It's been ages since they've had a good scrub down.”

Her voice trailed off as she ended her sentence, falling into a gentle sleep. The world around her fading to black and replaced by dream and visions of things fantastic and mundane, mostly concerning dolls and related matters. Slowly she woke up, to the feeling something was wrong or more correctly missing. A quick survey of her surroundings provided a startlingly answer, her arms and legs had been lifted wholesale from her body. Despite the attention it attracted it was enough to make even Victoria panic. “What have you done with my body, you crazy old man!” The engineer took a moment to point to her missing limbs piled onto a nearby table, awaiting maintenance, he explained it would be easier then working with them attached to her torso. Victoria answered with begrudging silence, their was nothing she could do, for the moment she was at the world's mercy. Despite her love of dolls and need to be taken care of, it was not a feeling she liked. With no options left to her, the maiden of porcelain and flesh tried to resume her former state of slumber and forget her current predicament.

Slumber, it seemed, was out of the option, the strange phantom state of her missing limbs was enough to prevent any state of sleep for the time being. Thus Victoria laid back and watched as each of her limbs was slowly cleaned, chipped parts smoothed over, and then, albeit slowly, rewired to her body. It was a painstaking process and difficult to watch, clenched teeth and shut eyes were a natural response to the sight. Working through the unsightly nature of her own body, the process eventually came to an end, a massive sigh of relief emitted from Victoria's mouth. Her arms and legs were as clean and polished at the day they were crafted, with a flowing movement she attempted to move her restored appendages, flailing in a grandiose manner. Everything was fluid and graceful, as it should be, but still something was wrong, her arms seemed to have been, Reversed for lack of a better term Left was right and right left, her arms had been attached to the wrong side of her body! Victoria wanted to scream, but she had little energy for such things, she simply laid down upon the table once again and pointed a trembling finger at the engineering staff, “Fix this... Now.”
