Mordin walked through parts of the station, seemingly not paying attention to anything but his thoughts and vocalizing them as soon as they came to mind. He never quite saw the other inhabitants, only enough to move briskly out of the way before continuing on.
"Mass relay misfire? Feasible. Unknown technology. Still unlikely. More missing sentients if true, not enough reported. Reaper IFF? Likely. Unknown if device would cause repercussions outside Omega-4. Possible alternate destination? No, no no, Normandy as well, Shepard and others should be here. Only me."
He stopped for a moment to take in his surroundings, noting that he felt lighter now than when he started in the area. Strange, or another side effect of the awkward architecture? Looking around, he finally noticed other people, many of whom were doing... poorly, if he wished to be charitable about it.
He wasn't on Omega, but maybe that wouldn't stop him from reopening a clinic.
